Should a person's race decide whether they can attend a certain university? Last week, President Bush announced that his administration would take sides on whether that question is able to head to the Supreme Court.
White House lowyers will represent on the behalf of the white students who wern't admitted to the University of Michigan. This case will travel to the Supreme Court in March.
