When fame and fortune is calling you, here is what not to do: Loose your cool and kill someone.

Former American Idol contestant, Jared Andrews never got the reality-check memo. This man from Ohio will be penalized from assault. It happened at a bar brawl that ended in a death of a 39-year old man. Andrews vigorously hit the man until he died. Andrews is in jail with a $5,000 bond.

As you may know, many, many Michael Jackson interviews have been aired. The shows have been called The Life of Michael Jackson to The Things That Were Not Meant To Be Heard. The shows are ranging from 30 minutes to 2 hours. They show things like his normal day, his house, and even his love life. In every show they interviewed him in Neverland, his home. He says he is never wants to grow up. He may never since he has so much plastic on his face. Why are they showing these shows now? Is it for record sales?

In Hamburg,Germany a Moroccan received the maximum fifteen years and over 3,000 counts of accessory to murder. Mournirel Motassaclea, 28 was one of the supposed September 11^th terrorists. Many of the relatives of the victims wanted a longer sentence. My mom said life without parole. What do you think? How long should he be in jail?

 

 

Hanging On

Joe R. Thompson III, 18 years old, was literally hanging on for dear life in Kansas City. Joe was in a car accident and ended up flying out of a Jeep before flipping over 5 times. The Jeep's fiberglass top flew off and he flew out. He landed on a power line holding on for dear life. For 20 minutes he held on until he was rescued by the Fire Department.

Court Hearing on Cloning

Has there been a baby cloned?  A court hearing in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida this week is trying to answer that question.  The Court wants to appoint a court ordered guardian to make sure the baby gets proper care, if it is really cloned.  So far there is not enough evidence to make a decision.
