This article shows me that the U.S. is over populating at very fast speeds. I really don’t think this is good for the country because the more people we have then the more energy we need to consume. The U.S. uses more energy than any other country in the entire world. I really think that if we keep using all of our natural resources then the country will be in severe danger in the future, or maybe even the near future. Also, the countries lopsided community settlement isn’t doing anything well for the country. Half of the U.S. population is in the south or west. This is why these areas are consuming so much energy. Somehow we should found a way to even out the population so people can use the natural resources from other regions of the United States and not just two. I’m not saying that we aren’t using resources from the least populous regions but we are using more in the two most populous regions of the U.S. So, before we deplete all the energy from certain regions we should find a way to even out the population settlement.
