I think that the reason Romeo and Juliet died was because of their own actions. Fate had no part in this tragidy, even if Romeo thought and kept refferring to the stars as the reason to all the terrible things happening. Both Romeo and Juliet are fools for killing themselves, but i guess if you love someone that much you would do anything. I think Frair Lawrence did his best, but with Juliet about to kill herself he had to think of something fast even if it did have some loopholes in it. For a couple of reasons I think Tybalt is the villian in this story. First, he killed Mercutio then, for doing so, Romeo had to kill Tybalt which in turn banished Romeo from Verona. The nurse didn't do a lot in the fate of Romeo and Juliet. The world around the two lovers was a bit violent compared to Romeo and Juliets love for one another. One question I have is why didn't Juliet run away to Mantua and meet up with Romeo, then both of them come back to Verona and explain everything to the Prince. If that didn't work, thay could just run away to another city.
