A wierd tail feather

  What in the world is this thing? Well I have a question for you guys and girls in the world is this funky looking or what I mean is this food or a thing. I really don't know what this thing is but you might. A way to discribe this thing is a fluffed out, something at the bottom of the ocean, or any thing else in the world. What I think it is a seriously mest up hair do. My friend thinks it's a tail feather shacking in the air.

You made me laugh out loud when you described this picture as a messed up hair do! You're right, the science center in Cleveland has a magnet that makes your hair look just like that.
