Hi T.K.,

Thank you for your good comparison of football and golf. You are absolutely right! Football is rougher and the crowds at a golf tournament do have to be calmer when the golfer is concentrating on his stroke. But wow, do the crowds erupt with loud noises when a particularly hard shot ends up in that little hole.

Now I have a question for you. I would agree that football players have to be strong. I heard that Tiger Woods runs every morning to get in shape wearing a 50 pound vest. Do you think golfers must be strong too to hit the ball some 300 yards?

Thanks so much for writing this good post!

Best,
Lani

Yes golfers should be very strong to hit 300 yards. I forgot to say golfers need to be strong to hit very far. To be able to hit 300 yards or more yes you do have to be very strong. Im going to ask you a question do you play golf alot, are you good at golf?

Lani

Hi T.K.,

I am not a golfer! I am not really an athletic person. I do enjoy watching golf, baseball, and basketball. My favorite players are Tiger Woods, the CAVS and LeBron James, and the Cleveland Indians.

Do you enjoy watching sports?

Best,
Lani
