In an effort to hear your voices, I thought I'd toss out a question designed to get your thoughts from time to time. These will be questions that hopefully will make you think. There's been a lot of talk lately about school reform, school improvement and just how schools can be changed to increase their effectiveness. There are lots of discussions among many different groups on how to evaluate, how to fund, and how to make schools places students find relevant, engaging and full of opportunities to learn.
Think about what helps you learn and what makes you want to learn. With that in mind, this first question will be two-fold to really jump-start your thinking as well as ours!
What is the most effective thing that your school does to help you learn? What is the least effective?
