Ever since the first day of third grade until now when I am in weblog we have been watching the news and we have been learning about how Saddam Hussein was so mean to all of the people in Iraq. And if the people in Iraq said something mean about him they would be killed or have been tortured for a and very long time. But now Bush and all of the army troops have captured him so he can't hurt any more people or kill them.
And another thing we have been talking about is all of the storms that are killing many people and whipping away many homes like hurricanes and California mud slide tsunami . So more people are be coming homeless and having no parents. And some of the storms most people don't know they are coming and some they know that they are coming and they just stand there and look at it or they don't believe that a big storm is coming just like the mud slide in California or the tsunami that hit South Asia and a lot of other places over there. And they start sping in the air like hurricane Carly.
Another thing that we have been talking about is all of these car boomings. Most of these people are just not thinking write. Because they are strapping booms to there chest and blowing up a building and killing only to or three people or only themselves or they may kill a lot of people like in September 11. I know that the get money for there family but why do they kill them self? What I am Trying to say is that why do we have killing or means???
There are a lot of depressing things in the news. I think all of you are on the right track though as you seek better ways to solve problems. You are our citizens of tomorrow and I think we are in good hands! See if you can find an "uplifting" article in the news and report on that. Lots of good things are going on, too.
Your writing is getting better. I am proud of your efforts! What do you think has made your writing better? Is it hard? Give me your thoughts. Keep up the good work.
