Welcome to my wildlife

A Sneak Peak of our ABC Blook

This is our last day with Mrs. Davis in the Wrinkles Group. Well, any way we have finished our book on web blogs or our blook. I am going to give you a prevue of the blook. All I'm going to show you is only one picture. The blook is funny.  While we did this blook it was hard and fun. But, we accomplished it.

                                  Time Flies:

type, toggle, transfer, talking, thinking, technology, text, think, true

tickled pink, take the bitter with the sweet, time flies

We are tickled pink when our weblog group gets together to blog. We type like maniacs. We toggle back and forth from Microsoft Word to our weblog. When we transfer our text from Word to our weblog we can't believe all the junk that comes along with it. This is not technology at its best but we have learned to take the bitter with the sweet . We do a lot of talking in our group. That helps our thinking. We think weblogs are really cool and it is so true that time flies when you are having

Reflections

When I first joined the web blog group I was nervous because I didn't know what to do. I loved to write about what happened in my life in my diary. I had to compete against Amber to see who would win the available spot. So, we tried our best to be picked. The lucky thing is that we both got to join  the group. Now that we're both in the group I'm very happy because nobody is better. We are equal. I love to blog because it is something I am good at. I like to write about the news because it keeps me informed about what is happening around  the world. Right now we are trying to make a book. It is so much fun because I like to draw and I like to blog. I hope we get to finish the book before we go to middle school. We also are going to make a presentation. I wish this year would never end, but we only have one day left for Mrs. Davis's Group. I have learned a lot of things like to do steps before writing a story and after we write the story. I really like when people send me a comment. They send me sometimes comments that make my writing better and also send me ones for the good jobs I have done. Mrs. Davis is a very great person she encourages us to make our blogs better.  She is a role model to me because she's an intelligent person and funny.

Angelica's Thoughts

Today we had a lot of things we had to do. We had to finish our A B C weblog, then find a sentence we liked and we would draw it. We are doing all of this because we are making an A B C book. It's going to be so much fun! We had a lot of ideas so we are deciding which person does a letter. For homework we are going to do another letter and think of a word we do or use in the wrinkles group, then use that letter and put into a sentence that makes sense. Then we draw a picture about the word+the sentence.

Frequently we write articles about the news it is fun to be informed citizens because if somebody asks us about something that was on the news you can say a lot of things that they might not of known.

Teaching My Class

I like to teach other children because it inspires me to teach other people what I know. I like to help Claudia when she needs help. I also teach a lot of other children too. Mrs. C. Jones class is a lot of fun. I like to check the children's folder to see if they did their homework. It's like I'm the teacher. It makes me feel good. Because I like to help and it makes me happy that I know somethings that they don't know about. I want to teach what I know. It makes me feel like a teacher or a romodel. That's why I sometimes don't want to go to school  but then I remember tha t the children might need help. That's why I like to help people. They also teach me a lot of things too. When their is no work to do we play tons. I might become a teacher when I  grow up like Mrs. Davis. When I  grow up it will help me. I might become a teacher when I growup. It's a lot of responsebilities. You have a lot of children to take care of. It's hard to take care of so many children. But it is very fun to take care of all of them. I love all the children.

First Draft-Teaching My Class

I like to teach other children because it inspires me to  teach other people what  I already know. I like to help Claudia when she needs help. I also teach a lot of other children too. Mrs. C. Jones class is a lot of fun. I like to chack the childrens' folder to see if they did their homework. It's like I'm the teacher. It makes me feel well. Because I like to  help and it makes me happy that I know something that they don't know about. I want to teach that I know. It makes me feel like a teacher or a romodel. That's why I sometimes don't want to go to school but then I remember that the children might need help. That's why i like to help people. They also teach me a lot of things too. Mrs. Davis's post of High School students

Mrs. Davis's post is about high school students who are doing web logs and they are commenting on their classmates' posts. It impressed me because all the children learned from each other and used the writings to point out something great to maybe also add to their own writings some times. All of you'll are all intelligent in a wonderful way. So, if you all work together you will be impressed how intelligent you all are. If everbody helped each other they would also be helping yourself like for instance in grammer,  not to put the same thing for the begining of each sentence, and ideas you would of thought of. You just have to use it.

John Kerry Strikes Again

A record of numbers that the voters of New Hampshire gave Senator John a great victory. Ninety-five percent of a total of 200,000 votes gave Kerry a solid lead ahead about 35%. In his bid for the Democratic nominatiom for President. Howard Dean,front-runner in New Hamshire trailed with 28 percent of the vote. The big battle was for 3rd place between General Wesley Clark, and Senator John Edwards. They tied with about 12 % each. Clark had lead for about 1,000 votes. Senator Joe Liemberman was with fifth percent of the vote. While Congressman Dennis Kucinich picked up 1% of the vote. The seven presidential hopefuls will have less one-on-one with the contact with hardly any of the voters. Canpaining will focus more on T.V. so the candidates will try to cover more ground. The next big day is only a week away. Edwards, is to do better in the next is Arizona, Delaware, Missouri, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and North Dakota. Hundreds of canmeras were poimting at Kerry when he stepped out on stage. The joyful crowd exploded in cheers. "We will take this fight to the rest of the country."

Draft Two-Hitting The Roof

My brother and I always fight tooth and nail to know who gets to sit in front of the truck. When he wins I always hit the roof. He said if I tricked him or made fun of him he would tell on me.So, I chilled out. So I wouldn't have to pull on his leg all day so I clammed up. So I tried soft-soaped him so if I needed help with something he would help me. Or if I needed to borrow something he would let me. But when I tried to soft-soap him my dad had already found out that we always fought to see who would get to sit in the front of the truck. I wasn't the only one skating on thin ice. We were both in big trouble but we survived together. But, we also got grounded for a month and if my dad caught us fighting tooth and nail again for anything again we would have been grounded for two whole months. This is my story P.S. I never hit the roof again not even if somebody slapped me only if I had permission to.

First Draft-Hitting the Roof

My brother and I  always fight tooth and nail to know who gets to sit in front of the truck. When he wins I always hit the roof.
