Today is one of those days that I get into trouble. I was dead as a doornail when I had lost my moms 14 kt bracelet with diamonds all around it and 3 colors of gold. When my mom asked where was her bracelet I felt like a dead duck. I told her it was Down the drain. When I told her what happened she felt down in the dumps, because she had that bracelet since she was 15yrs. old.I felt like eating my own hat. My mom said that every cloud has a silver lining. I felt much better, because she said that she still loved me.
Hi! Jacqueline. It's me Jerry. Great story about loosing your moms bracelet. The same thing happened to me before. I lost my moms 3 carrot diamond ring. And she hit the roof. Keep up the good work. See Ya!

Hi Jackie!
You have knocked my socks off! I love this story. It is well written and makes sense. I felt how you must have felt and when you can do that you are doing some good writing. You just have a few little corrections. Can you find them? It may be like looking for a needle in a haystack because they're not many!

Jackie, your story was sensational! It flowed right on from the title to the end. I think you could have added a little more detail in the sentence where you said, "every cloud has a silver lining." I am not sure what you meant by it. I looked it up and I believe it means... there is always something good in a bad situation. Your mom knew it was an accident and gave you a hug to show that she still loves you!

Hola Jacqueline! SuperThinker here, visiting your fabulous blog. Wow, when somebody loves you, every cloud DOES have a silver lining. You've got a great mom. She's really out of this world!

Hi Super thinker! I'm am real thankful that I have a mom who cares about me.When I lost my mom's bracelet I felt real scared to tell her,but I had to.My mom is real nice to me,but sometimes she gets upset with me because I misbehave or I dont do my chores.I try to not upset her that much either.

WOW! Jackie, I never knew you could write SO well! Every sentence flowed like a river into my head, grabbing my attention so well! I know I have never been in a situation like that, but I know you must have been scared at what your mom would say to you. Keep on writing so well!!! ^-^

Hi Emily its me Jacqueline, I realy worked hard on that story and I checked it like five times. It's good that you haven't been on a situation like me because you feel real scared and worried that your mom will get mad at you. The good thing is that she didn't get mad at for an accident that I didn't do on purpose. Well, see ya and keep up the great work!!!
