Children Crowding in Coffee fields

     Down in Kenyan, Africa, children are crowding in coffee fields than in school classrooms. Children that work in the fields are living on less than $1 a day. It costs more than one million dollars to build a school foundation and an education. EVERY child works twelve hours a day twelve hours a day picking, sorting, and hauling coffee. "Education is important!"             

How do you think we can help these poor children get an education?

The Catchy Candidates

With the results in, democratic candidate John Kerry has with 30% of the Iowa caucus. He wants to be THE democratic running against Pres. Bush. Personally me and my friends are on the republic side running with the president.

Who do you think will be the democratic candidate now? Write a short paragraph tell me who and why that person should be the democrat.

The "Alligator" From 1863

  The Alligator is a submarine from the Civil War. It got lost in 1863. (the Civil War ended in 1865.) Now the US Navy is looking for the Alligator using special equipment at a reasonable cost. "The story of the Alligator is an exciting one," quotes Jay Cohen, chief of the Navy Reasearch RADM. Still, they have not found anything, but they want to uncover all the secrets!

Do you really think this is a good plan for the US Navy? Why or Why not? Tell me how YOU feel about this.

Mad Cow Disease

I read an article at studentnewsnet about mad cow disease and how it has infected  many cows. At least 450 cows have been burned  because of it. Many people still eat steaks and other cow products, even they are aware of mcd. I think that this is pretty bad to lose 450 cows!
