True very true. I have no clue who brought mad cow disease to the country, though. Great writing also. Keep On Writing!!!

I looked up mad cow disease through GOOGLE and it said that Mad Cow Disease is the commonly used name for Bovine Spongiform Encephalopathy (BSE), a slowly progressive, degenerative, fatal disease affecting the central nervous system of adult cattle. I believe that the disease was brought to the U.S. by cattle boat, or an import of beef of some kind.
