The Investigation

I read an article from TFK about an investigation from the war on Iraq. U.S. officials are asking if the information given to them is correct. The information was that Iraq and their former leader Saddam Hussein had dangerous weapons there. David Kay went looking for those weapons, but found none. (David Kay : top weapons inspector)

American people are asking why there was a failure in intellligence that led to the war in Iraq. Still right now, government officials can't find the weapons.

Describe how you feel about the situation.

Jerusalem "Bombed

At least ten people were killed and forty five wounded on Thursday morning. Why you ask? A suicide bomber carried out a terror attack. "It was aboard a bus near Israsli Prime Minister Ariel Sharon's residences," reported Israeli police and medical sources. Now they are looking for the one who did it. Israelis and Palestinians are hoping to stop this, but they are almost at war! See the article here.

What can the US do to stop this?

Children Crowding in Coffee fields

Down in Kenyan, Africa, children are crowding in coffee fields than in school classrooms. Children that work in the fields are living on less than $1 a day. It costs more than one million dollars to build a school foundation and an education. EVERY child works twelve hours a day twelve hours a day picking, sorting, and hauling coffee. "Education is important!"

How do you think we can help these poor children get an education?

The "Alligator" From 1863

The Alligator is a submarine from the Civil War. It got lost in 1863. (the Civil War ended in 1865.) Now the US Navy is looking for the Alligator using special equipment at a reasonable cost. "The story of the Alligator is an exciting one," quotes Jay Cohen, chief of the Navy Reasearch RADM. Still, they have not found anything, but they want to uncover all the secrets!

Do you really think this is a good plan for the US Navy? Why or Why not? Tell me how YOU feel about this.

WE GOT HIM!!!!!

On December 13th 2003, exactly at 5:30 a.m. troops in Iraq we found Saddam Hussein in what they say was a "spider hole". The three words "We Got Him" were some of the most unbelievable words we heard. I thought they were amazing, too. Well, I am glad Saddam is captured. Still, Osama bin Laden is still out there. Do you know ehre he is?

My undercover name is M.M.C.
