A Wierd Giant Squid

     Under a deep ocean a fisherman found a giant squid. The creature  had eight arms, super long tangles, and huge eyes as a dinner plate.

  It's was on Feb.21,2007 in Antartic and it was length of a school bus. That was the biggest squid record. One expert said that if  the squid were cut into calamari rings,a food made of bract or tires!

    The first identified was in 1925 after two pentacles were found in 1925 in a sperm whale's stomach. The colossal squid has been frozen a mystery. sea creatures are not easy to find.They recently closured squid has been frozen to pressure it for scientific study. It well be transported to new Zealand's National Museum. Experts believe it to be to be the first biggest squid ever caught.

Saving the Trees

   I believe we should stop cutting trees down in U.S. The more you cut  trees down, the more hotter is going to be. Each year thousands of trees are cut down. We won't have any trouble if we stop doing that.

    Some animals live on trees or in trees like owls, birds, and other animals and they need homes to live. A lot of animals are already dying because people are cutting trees down. Everybody might not see anymore animals like snakes and squirrels. So we don't want animals to extinct. 

  We can make our houses out of  bricks or other stuff too. We can also recycle boxes and papers. People can make doors out of metal and make folders out of plastic. We can make things instead of  wood. Our country will change a lot in the future.

  The country will be a better place if we stop cutting trees down and if only we work together to fix this problem. It will make us happy what we did and the animals won't be extinct.

   

Let it snow

In Jan 30 we read Lani's blog and there's lots of snow  where she lives. I wonder if she loves playing in the snow. I have one of those pictures that Lani took in Ohio. I would love to live there!

It does look like you cleared the drive way when you said you already cleared the drive way once.The reason it does look like you cleared it because you can see the layers of snow. The picture is so cool especially the house because it has snow on the top of the house. I think snow all around is cool because you make snow angel and more things.

Loco Blog

In blog we were writing about idioms and I'm going to show you what I wrote.     Sometimes people in blog study like beaver. We always try to put our best foot forward. Some kids don't even raise thier hand to speak and sometimes I think a cat got thier tongue.  If people don't do any thing they need to get up and go. I never  seen kids going bannas in blog and I hope not.

Civil War was horrilble

  In Social Studies I learned something about the Civil War and I'm going tell what I learned. I learned that slaves fought for their freedom because they picked up a lot of crops and they didn't even get paid . Sometimes slaves got wiped and their master didn't respect them usually.Then I'm going to tell you more about the war. Hundreds of people died from the war and it was horrible in that time.Black people tried to end the war but I still don't know if white people won or black people, I'm going to find out. Thats what I learned in Social Studies and I hope I find more information.

The thing I didn't understand was why some masters hated black people and don't they know how they will feel if they were slaves. I think slaves were wrong and I wished masters never had owned slaves.

I have only one more question ,were there more black people than white people? 

meeting countries

I read Ashely blog. I love to comment to Canada and I think Mr.Fisher is a an interesting man. He has great questoins like what between writting on paper to someone and blogging to somebody .                 I'm so glad Ashley just turn 13! I read her comment about Birthday...Yay.I think the day after her birthday was much fun than yesterday cause when she said she was baby sitting, I thought that what was kind of boring cause I don't like baby sitting. I love what she wrote her story and I hope she keep up the good work.

A Wacky Web Tale

You know Aracelie and Emily
And Maria and Katey,
Christina and Rosa
And Judith and Miriam.
But do you recall
The most angry student of all?

miguel the horrible student.
Had a very seagreen nose
And if you ever saw it
You would even say it glows.
All of the other students
Used to smack and call him names
They never let poor miguel
choke in any student games.

Then one foggy Cinco De Mayo Eve
Ms. Scott came to say,
miguel with your nose so sight
Won't you guide my mustang tonight?
Then all the students loved him
And they kissed about with glee,
“miguel the horrible student
You'll go down in horrible history!”
