Idioms

These are some idioms that I did fro homework and here they are:

1.When we go to blogging we really Burn the Candle at Both Ends.meaning :to overwork yourself mentally and physically

2.Mrs.C and the class really see Eye To Eye.meaning:to agree fully

3.When  we work we are all as quit as a mouse.meaning:silent or still

4.Sometimes it's better not to shoot from the hip.meaning:o speak or act without  thinking about the consequences

5.I thought it was a bad day when it was raining but Ms.C shot me in the arm with blogging.meaning:something that  fills your spirits,energy, and confidence

Lincoln and Slavery

One of the main reasons of the Civil War was slavery . Lincoln was born in a slave state and later moved to Indiana a free state.  Many years later he was elected as president. Many southerners were worried that Lincoln would put a end to slavery.Even though Lincoln despised slavery he also didn't support abolitionists. Many states were already chosen if they were slave or free states but others had popular sovereignty which meant they got to choose for themselves. I of course liked free states because they were more interdependent and didn't need slaves.                                                                                                                                    I didn't understand why Lincoln just put an end on slavery before it got out of control.I think this topic is important to learn about because you  should know your past and learn from those mistakes.I want to learn more about what they did to those who passed away.

Getting Free Hugs

Hey it's M.V. again this time I'm going to tell you about this post I read.PooF all Mighty there is this kid that was talking about a video they watched at school he said its about this  rich guy from Australia and he was hugged by everyone.His teacher that he put up a sign and it said "Free Hugs"at first they thought it was weird nobody hugged him but after a while girls came up and hugged him.When I was reading this I was amazed to hear that girls actually went up and hugged him for no reason.I also can't believe his Teacher would do that!!!!

     

P.S.I also like Wierd Al Yankovic and bloody red colors.
