Farewell Post

  Second by second, minute by minute,  owl to fowl, and this is M.V.'s final hour. It's hard to explain my feelings of sadness but I guess it's for the best of the best and I'm a dried up raisin because my time is running out.  I want you to remember don't forget me and abandon  me and I want next years Blogicians to have a great time.

Future 6th Grade Teachers

    Dear 6th Grade Teachers,

     I'm 12 years old. I'm Mexican-American and I love math. I can adjust to teachers. I want a teacher whose:nice, loving, smart, fun, outgoing, and friendly. I'm happy to have you or any other teacher as mine.

My likings:regeatton, math, science, school, friends, football, bulldogs, essays, and experiments.  The future I wish to be more independent like getting my driver's license. I'm excited to go to  Middle School and I can't wait to get a locker.  I hope you are a nice teacher.

Type Pad

   Type Pad is a place were you make posts,check other posts,and look over comments .Without Type Pad we wouldn't have blogging because thats where we post.Mrs.C told me that there are others  sites where you can create blogs but she uses this one for elementary schools.I like Type Pad but it has some bad times though and we still try our best even if there is a slight problem.

    Type Pad is a good site.I like the it's great and I can't wait the kids from next year they will use this site and they will have such a good time blogging and learning.Overall Blogging is a great opportunity and I also recommend this site for kids in all schools.

Gizmo Chat

    We chatted with a math class in Canada and we talked to them by using a program called Gizmo and we asked questions about some stuff we were unsure of or never had anyone to help.We had a GizmoChat with Mr.Kuropatwa and one of the questions was what does pre-BOBulus stand for.I didn't quite get my answer but I sure think it was a great answer even if I didn't hear it.I still had some more questions but Mrs.C accidentally stepped on a cable and so I didn't get to do anymore.

    I wish we had more time to talk with them and that we didn't have to go even if I was a little  nervous when I was speaking to the high-schoolers.I still have one more question left though.I still can't believe this time it worked. I had such a good time.

 

Popeye My New

     I don't like Yoshi that little puny dinosaur I moved on to Popeye The Sailorman and so has my friend Jhonny.Popeye has been on television more 411 years and it still comes on today.My dad watched it when he was little and I watch it.Popeye always fights Sinbad The Sailorman.One thing that I really like is the fact when he gets beat up by Sinbad then when he eats spinach he get's all strong and beats Sinbad.Popeye is cool and he will always be my idol.Sorry Yoshi I don't like you anymore I moved on to Popeye.Popeye is a good influence because when he eats spinach it makes you want to eat more spinach and you'll have a healthier person.I think everyone should love Popeye. Unlike Popeye  who has I girlfriend Mia still won't like me well that's life.At least I still got my idol Popeye.

Expirementing and Teaching

Before I start this post I want everyone this post is dedicated to Cordelia who gave an idea and that's how I made this post .Thank you.

Expirementing and Teaching isn't hard and that's what todays class is about unlike people who are shy Cordelia actually gave me this idea once again thank you.Okay today we will do a expirement and learn fom it.

Use a sheet of plywood at least 8 inches wider and longer than your planned volcano to make the base, to prevent the lava from staining surfaces during eruptions.

Step Two

Use salt dough, plaster or papier-mâché to form a mountain around an empty 2-liter bottle placed upright at the center of the plywood base. Be sure to leave the lid off.

Step Three

Form the model volcano's open top tightly around the mouth of the bottle.

Step Four

Make ridges and channels beginning at the volcano's top and ending at the base of the volcano for the lava to flow through.

Step Five

Let the volcano dry completely, then paint it with acrylics or spray paint. Plastic aquarium plants can be clipped and glued to the volcano for trees.

Step Six

Spray the volcano and plywood with a clear sealant after the paint has dried.

Step Seven

Mix 1 tbsp. liquid dish washing soap, 1 tbsp. baking soda and a few drops of red food coloring in a cup.

Step Eight

Pour the mixture carefully into the bottle.

Step Nine

Set the volcano in an open area, preferably outside.

Step Ten

Pour 1/4 c. white vinegar into the bottle and stand back to watch your volcano erupt!

Tips & Warnings

• Use wadded-up newspaper balls around the bottle to give the volcano its shape under a layer of plaster or papier-mâché paste, but make sure the surface layer of the volcano is solid, so that it can be sealed for re-use.
• If the lava is too thick, add 1 tbsp. water to the soap mix.
• To re-use the volcano, simply clean it off with a damp rag.
• Do not attempt to seal the bottle once the vinegar is added to the baking soda mixture--the resulting pressure could cause the bottle to explode.

    

Blogs

    Blogging,Blogging,Blogging was soaring through my head.I thought I hit myself out of concusion or something because that's all I heard on the first day Mrs.A introduced blogging to us,I sat there nervous and uneasy at the moment.

     At first I thought blogging was going to be a not so bright class of some sort.They handed permission forms and when we turned them back in we started blogging my mind changed.I adjusted to blogging after a while.

      One of my posts I like was about the 5feet 4inch dinosaur Yoshi.I liked this post because I combined something I like with blogging.Mrs.C was proud of me and wanted me to always do it if I could on my posts and I did.

       Some things I didn't like was the fact that we had a limited amount of time,the internet was slow, and sometimes we didn't even go to blogging overall it is great so don't give up on it.      

Yoshi and A Sewing Machine To Convert into a Nice Project

I really like this post. I can tell you are really into this! I need your help learning about Yoshi and some of your other posts. Yoshi is a fine specmen and he can be very intereting and one of the ways of finding out is going to thes websites . (www.Yoshiart.com or Yoshiworld.com or Super Mario World 2 .com)Yoshi can be funny and sometimes not so bright and he is an easy thing to find in Choclate Islands because that is where they live,eat,and sleep.I wish I could tell you more but thanks to the limited amount of time today I have to go now.
