The first time I used a computer was in 1st grade. We were only there for a few minutes for a project.I wanted to paint on there but we had to go. I came home and my mom had a computer. I was so excited about it. I wanted to get on it right away but my mom said it was not set up yet. So I got mad at her.Ihad to wait for an hour and it was no fun at all. Finally it was ready to be played on and I had a great time on it.
Tina,
Who taught you how to use a computer? I did not ssee that in your paragraph.

Hi Tina,
I find I often do a lot of waiting for technology and sometimes I get frustrated too; then I count to ten and remember how wonderful it is when it works and I am able to do what I want. Don't you think that makes the wait worthwhile?
I was wondering if you had used technology in any of your other classes since 1rst grade? Did it help you learn about a certain topic?
Best,
Lani

Lani,
Yes it does help me learn more and I use it in a lot of classes and at home. It is very easy.

Tina,
How did you discover it. Who taught you?

Tina-
My kids were first exposed to computers at their school. Like you they had a great time and then came home and wanted to use the computer my wife and I share. They wanted to do the paint program, which I found, but we don’t have the games that make the computers at school so much fun. Now they have found some websites that have fun games for kids and they spend a lot of time on those sites.

Ed,
I'm sure they spend a lot of time on it just don't let them stay to long.
