Jamaica Baby!!!

            Where are you going for spring break?  I'm going to Jamaica going to Jamaica(for spring Break of course)!!!!! I can't wait until I get there it's going to be so cool. I'm going to visit my cousins in Kingston, Jamaica. The water there has a cobalt blue shade. Last time I was going to go but my brother got bad grades and we couldn't go. This time i'm going by myself although my brother got bad grades. My parents finally saw that it wasnt fair to get held back for my brother's mistakes. can't wait for that ocean water to hit my body. By the way I got a suite right by the ocean. For some reason the ocean makes me think alot better and it clears my mind. But anyways I can't wait!!!

What are you passionate about?

             The thing that I'm most passionate about is becoming a scientist but I want to specialize in marine biology,chemistry,and health science. When I was little I always thought that i wanted to be everybody(and I know you did also). But i found something that really awed me. I've always wanted to be a scientist since second grade. What do you do for free time to help you with your dreams? Well i use my free time to get on the Internet and look up easy to do science projects that you can do at home. One of my favorites is making Chrystal candy.

               What are some things that you are passionate about? 

Why We should do blogging

              If you were writing a letter to your teacher of your next grade and you told her let us blog what would you tell her about blogging?

               Here is what I would tell them that blogging is a way to make new friends. You can also excell your reading and writing skills. You can write stories about what you want to.  We can discuss without really being in the same place at the same time. You can express yourself in a fun way. You can also learn how to do different types of writing like persusive, narrative,and poetry. You learn better sequence and how to group paragraphs together better. It makes you feel like you have freedom of speech. We have a better chance of going to 6th grade because of our improved reading and writing skills. We don't have to write on paper to express how we feel.

         What are some ideas that you would think of?   

The Circus Ablaze

                      

   What does this picture make you think? It makes me think of some old memories. I remember all of the lights that use to set the circus ablaze. They set the sky on fire. I remember on my birthday I rode the merry-go-round. Some adjectives that come to my mind when I think of this picture is a golden fire,colorful,ablaze,luminescent, and sparkling. I can smell the sweet cotten candy from the county fair. I can taste the sugar on the sweet smelling funnel cake.

Ancient Marsupials

       Imagine being as big as trucks or weighing 400 ponds. Well prehistoric animals in Australia used to be like that size . A recent fossil discovery reveals that Australia's ancient creatures were even more bizarre than their modern cousins. So lets go behind the scene to discover how they were a long time ago.

         At least 500,000 years ago kangaroos were as big as trucks. Wombats even used to weigh 400 pounds and gargantuan marsupial lions. Their skeletons were recently discovered in a cave in Australia. These animals were known as "megamarsupials" for their size. A few years ago scientist found bits and pieces of megamarsupials but they didn't get any information from it. This is the first time a complete megamarsupial skeleton. Scientist theorized that they disappeared around the time humans appeared. You can find an article about it on TFK.com
