Hi Eddie, I answered Darren's questions on my blog. http://cdoherty13.blogspot.com/

Hi Eddie,
You are really making connections and they are all over the globe. I am so pleased that you are going to make a post about your thought processes as you respond to your commenters. I think one of the most intriguing things about blogs is how much we can learn from each other. Kids learn from teachers, teachers learn from kids, students of all ages learn from each other and it is really amazing! We all need to be very responsible with this new tool and set good examples. I feel like the blogicians are doing that! How do you think we can raise the bar a bit and continue to show others that this kind of learning is so relevant and useful? What are your thoughts?

Carolyn,
You have some great answers to our questions. I can't belived that you learned to cope with you spelling problem. I had that problenm when I was in pre-k I could't even say my ABC's. I would have been embaressed if anyone knew about that. Also my favorite thing about blogging is that I can connect with others also. By the way I also encourage other people to blog.

Eddie,
Wow! Reading your post it is hard to believe that you are in elementary school. I found your posting to be very professional and appropriate with little errors. I am a teacher, and some older students can not post as well as you did. Your use of quotes and vocabulary are great. Did this post take you a lot of planning and time? Did you make a draft and edit your work, then post it? What was your process? Good job and very impressive!

Hi Eddie,

I really enjoyed reading your post and I'd like to attempt one of the questions--

What makes you want to comment on a blog?

I'm hoping the comment will extend both the dialogue and the learning for the writer and the reader.

Now I have a question for you, of all the questions posed to Mr. Fisher's students--from which did you learn the most?

Best,
Lani

Outspoken,
I really apreciate the nice comment. But my reading and writing skills are on a highschool level. Actually this post didn't really take much time it took me at least 30 minutes to make this post. I didn't have to draft it I just typed it and spell checked it and I was through. Outspoken, do you have a blog? If so please post the URL on my blog.

Lani,
There really wasn't a question that I learned the most from. It was equaly challenged. What question did you learn from the most on Mr.Fisher's class.

I thought your blog post was rather amazing! It was well done and I enjoyed it. It is amazing on what you can learn about blogging, and as I can see, you are doing a great job of it! I think that you should keep on blogging, even after you are done grade five. When you think of how you have written from your first times to now, you think about wow, I have changed a lot, and your change was a great change! So I congratulate you on a great blog!
