I am respectful and hopeful
I wonder why people can cry
I hear a pixie scream
I see a Pegasus
I want to be the first woman president
I am respectful and hopeful
I pretend I am a blooming flower
I feel a ghost’s pain
I touch a winter’s cloud
I worry about my friends
I cry for my grandpa
I am respectful and hopeful
I understand my friends
I say love is the most important thing in the world
I dream about the safety of animals
I try my best on everything I do
I hope I will have a bright future
I am respectful and hopeful
Your creativity shines through! You also have some worthy goals. What would you like to accomplish first if you become the first woman president? I enjoyed reading your poem!

Mary this poem is great! You seem to right in a very mature and sophisticated way. Wow! You know you should find some more literature on Pegasus and Greek mythology if you are interested. Also, you use great description in lines like, "I feel a ghost's pain". I could really feel the emotion in this poem. Good job, keep up the good work.

"I feel a ghost's pain" - wow! You made me feel it too. Make every line count as this one does and you'll be a knockout.

Hi Chris. Thanks for commenting. Why did "I feel a ghosts pain" speak to you?I like that you think that I'd be a knock out if every thing would be as descrptive as that was.
