The blogicians have had a new student come to their class. Bibi is going to use this space to write a letter to her 6th grade teacher!
Dear 6th Grade Teacher, May 17, 2007
I’m a student at an elementary school and I can’t wait to go to middle school. I hope I get to make lots of new friends. I can’t wait to see what classes I’m going to be in. Sometimes I think about how my teachers are going to be. When I think about going to middle school I get nervous.
I’m a little scared about how everything is going to be. Like are my teachers going to like me? Am I going to do well? Will I get to make friends? Well as much as I think about those things I can’t wait to go to middle school.
I can’t wait to do math. I hope I get to learn new things. Like science, math, social studies, and much more. One thing I’m really exited about is the band. I can’t wait to find out what instrument I’m going to play. Well my future 6Th grade teacher can’t wait to see you.
Sincerely,
Bibi
Dear Bibi,
Next year will be an exciting one for you. I teach sixth grade math, and we do lots of projects and labs. You'll make lots of new friends, too. Just remember to study hard!
