Teacher-To-Be

I think that you should be teachers. I'm in the fifth grade and I think that as a teacher you would want the student to like you. You can maybe do this by getting their attention. By getting their attention you can maybe tell them that you would give them something like you can have a bowl of candy and just be giving it out when you want. Also I think that the kids should have as attention as the others.I think that it depends on what grade you are teaching because lower elementary classes like the 1,2,kindergarten,and pre-k need more attention. Also you guys can give the certain kids like the ones that are bad or don't like to do their work give them something very interesting like projects so that they can get interested and want to start doing work. I also think that most teachers always give up when someone don't understand something and they don't want to say it again I think they do that because they get frustrated saying it again and again. I don't think that teachers should get mad when a child don't get something, because their main job is to help children learn not get mad at them because they don't understand whatever they need help on. Teachers to me like it when children ask them something and teachers who are like that to me are very nice. not only that but teachers also need to be fair with all children not only to the ones who they want to pay attention to. I also think that they only really and usually talk to mainly one because they used to talking with them so much they will only want to talk to them because they are used to it. Those kind of teacher to me aren't fair. That's what I think teachers do and also think about the students.
